The County of Simcoe has opened up funding for 2023 under the “age-friendly seniors housing grant”. This will support initiatives such as accessible house design for seniors, those with dementia and support services (including building code standards for residential units).
There is an application process which ends May 31, 2023. Since 2019 this program has been able to assist in just under 300 projects.
